After his graduation as car mechanical engineer he started to work at Dräxlmaier Group in different positions from quality engineer to quality manager in Hungary and in the head quarter in Vilsbiburg, Germany. When he left Dräxlmaier he started to work as a freelancer ISO/TS 16949 certification auditor for different certification bodies like BSI, NSF-ISR, TÜV Süd and DNV-GL. At that time in 2003 he founded the QFD Engineering Consulting Office Ltd. and started to provide consulting services in the automotive industry. Since the foundation of the company he developed the portfolio continually and in 2008 the Ltd. was appointed by a leading Tier 1 supplier for a series of quality management trainings and the company started to provide trainings and further education too. Due to the achievements in previous years and the excellent relation to VDA QMC as an auditor in 2011 QFD Engineering Consulting Ltd. was nominated as the official licensee of VDA QMC in Hungary then in 2017 for five additional countries like Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Macedonia. Parallelly to the trainings the company got more and more consulting and audit requests from different OEM and Tier 1 organizations like Audi, Daimler, Robert Bosch, ZF, Knorr Bremse, Continental and so on and became a leading provider in Hungary. In the meantime he developed the company headcount to 13 full time employees and 20 external resource. Most recently he finished with certification audits and joined the IATF oversight office SMMT and started to work as a witness auditor. In the meantime he is still active in the Ltd. as the managing director and participates actively in the revolutionary software development project SMANAG.
