Green Steel - Insight into the world of materials

Visit thyssenkrupp Materials Hungary and participate in this unique exhibition where you can explore a variety of materials and technologies up close!

Between a vehicle’s license plates, you’ll find a multitude of materials composed of various chemical elements, forming parts, modules, and pre-assembled units. Changes in the automotive industry have always significantly impacted raw material manufacturers, and this trend continues today.

Consider how the rise of electric propulsion has increased the importance of reducing the weight of components and minimizing operational noise.

These developments drive materials engineers to create new material qualities and optimize previously known ones.

Have you ever considered that large-scale innovations aimed at reducing the greenhouse effect will bring as much technological change to the steel industry as the transition from internal combustion engines to electric motors?

All these developments are revolutionizing the development of raw materials used in the automotive industry.

Discover the wide range of materials used in the automotive sector and the current trends in material selection for components!
