We are pleased to announce that the first club meeting of the QFD Group Auditor Club took place successfully on February 16th, hosted at the Budapest Airport Hotel Stáció**** in Vecsés.
The event started with a networking coffee session, but soon the atmosphere peaked as participants evaluated opening discussions through role-playing audit scenarios. Club members gained insight into the challenges and pitfalls of the process from both the audited and auditing perspectives while enacting realistic scenes.
The most common errors, questions, and problems were discussed. Special attention was given to the P5 audit process element this time, where participants worked on case studies.
Following a pleasant lunch shared together, we refreshed ourselves with a communication game alongside coffee. Winners were rewarded with chocolate in our Mentimeter game!
Participants departed enriched with practical knowledge and insights into current changes in the automotive industry. The club is professionally supported by Audi Hungaria Zrt., providing an opportunity for members to hear professional OEM experiences in a relaxed gathering.
