On October 18, 2025, we held our annual Train the Trainer event in Vecsés at Hotel Stáció, where our trainers, consultants, and the QFD Group team came together for an inspiring, interactive, and professionally enriching day.
Following a champagne welcome, the program started with a QFD-themed quiz game. Together, we reviewed the achievements of the past year, explored the latest developments within QFD Group, and gained insight into current industry topics and upcoming changes.
After an interactive problem-solving activity, the team enjoyed a shared lunch. In the afternoon, participants also had the opportunity to learn more about the upcoming QFD Professional program before its official launch.
The second half of the day focused on team building, including a group photo session and a LEAN-themed quiz.
To close the event, we conducted a SWOT analysis, the results of which will support our future development initiatives.
The entire day was characterized by valuable professional content, community spirit, and inspiration.
