Well-trained auditors are needed for inhouse implementation and for the certification process in accordance with VDA 6.2.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The prerequisites vary depending on the auditor‘s area of ac-tivity (see overview), including
- Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001
- Professional experience in the automotive industry
- Certificate of qualification as 1st/2nd/3rd-party auditor VDA 6.2Admission is only granted after successful review of the application.
EXAMINATION PERFORMANCE
The exam includes:
- written exam with 40 questions (60 minutes)
- oral exam consisting of preparation phase (30 minutes) and interview (20 minutes)For preparation, the training material handed out during VDA training (incl. standards) is admitted and must be brought along on the examination day.
By passing the examination, you acquire the formal evidence to be allowed to perform 1st/2nd- or 3rd-party audits.
CERTIFICATE
After passing the examination, you will receive a certificate with a registered number for 3rd party Auditors and the atten-dant entry into the VDA QMC database.

Qualification available
After passing the test, the participants will receive a VDA certificate of qualification. To attend the examination an attendance of at least 85% of the course is obligatory.
