The training introduces participants to the management of personal negotiation situations aimed at asserting interests, whether inside or outside the company.
TARGET GROUP
Any person who is open to exploring and developing their negotiation skills through personal experience-based discussions.
TRAINING OBJECTIVE
After completing the training, participants will be able to conduct structured and purposeful negotiations by analyzing the other party's interests.
TRAINING CONTENT
MODULE I
Development of basic skills, in which the range of skills is determined by a questionnaire survey tailored to the group – 2 days, maximum 12 participants, 1 trainer
MODULE II
Practice day, during which team coaching methodology is used to process participants' own negotiation situations – 1 day, maximum 12 participants, 1 trainer
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
None
Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a certificate. Attendance of 85% of the course is required to obtain the certificate.
