The training presents the quality planning process as described in the APQP manual issued by AIAG. This method is generally accepted in the automotive industry.

TARGET AUDIENCE 

Any employee from various departments of automotive organizations who participate in product and process development projects, or lead such projects.

TRAINING OBJECTIVE 

After completing the course, the participant is capable of effectively supporting and coordinating product and process development projects, and is familiar with the specific names of the volume, such as "phases", "tasks" or "gateways".

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

Knowledge of various methods, such as FMEA, SPC, and MSA, is advantageous. The training does not cover the detailed explanation of these methods.
