The visit begins with an exciting introduction in the conference room, where participants can take a closer look at parts manufactured at the Knorr-Bremse Kecskemét plant and gain a brief overview of the company’s history and significance.
Afterward, from the plant’s Skywalk corridor, guests will observe the machining and assembly areas in full operation. In the machining section, we will demonstrate how the carefully designed layout of the warehouse and machines ensures complete transparency and efficiency of material flow.
In the assembly area, visitors will see firsthand how humans and machines work together to prevent errors. Despite the high level of automation, the expertise and precision of skilled employees remain essential.
Automated assembly processes, standardized production lines, as well as the optimal combination of forced sequence and pick-to-light systems guarantee the highest product quality while minimizing errors.
